Partnership and collaboration
Partner with us

Partner with Real Data, Better AI

Bring a challenge, contribute a capability or support the collaboration needed to move from dialogue to action.

You do not need a fully developed project to start. We ask for a clear description of your interest and a named contact who can help determine the next step.

Choose the contribution you can make

Knowledge contributors

For researchers, clinicians, patient representatives, data specialists and other practitioners.

What we ask

Identify your area of expertise; suggest one practical case, question or resource; indicate your availability to contribute to a focused discussion or working activity.

What the collaboration can offer

Exchange with other contributors, opportunities to inform shared resources and a role in developing the practical agenda. Participation and publication are agreed according to relevance, scope and available capacity.

First step

Send a short professional profile and a proposed contribution.

Offer a contribution

Territory and delivery partners

For health systems, regions, universities, laboratories, technology organisations and other implementation partners.

What we ask

Nominate an operational contact; describe the capabilities your organisation could offer; identify one priority use case or population; outline any known conditions affecting feasibility.

What the collaboration can offer

Consideration for relevant project opportunities, discussions with complementary partners and participation in scoped feasibility or implementation work. Inclusion in the network does not guarantee a project or funding.

First step

Send a one-page capability note covering your organisation, geography, expertise, available resources and proposed role. An initial discussion does not require patient-level or confidential data.

Introduce your organisation

Funding and strategic partners

For organisations seeking to support the movement's shared work or develop a specific real-world project.

What we ask

Identify the strategic question or activity you want to support; nominate a sponsor and working contact; indicate the intended timeframe and available resources or budget parameters.

What the collaboration can offer

An agreed plan for supporting shared activities, or a route to a separately scoped project proposal. Deliverables, participation, funding and reporting are defined in a written agreement.

First step

Request a partnership conversation and clarify whether your interest is shared learning, support for the movement or a specific project.

Delivery partner: Atlas Health

From a health question to a real-world project

Atlas Health helps organisations explore whether a health challenge can become a feasible real-world project, activate the right partners, territories and data infrastructures to deliver it, and, where it makes sense, extend the approach to other populations and territories. Atlas Health does not hold or centralise data; it works with existing health systems, research institutions and data custodians. Any engagement is scoped and contracted separately from the movement.

Exploring a health question
01

Explore

Test whether a health challenge can become a feasible real-world project: population, outcomes, data, territory, governance.

Activating partners and territories
02

Activate

Bring together the territory, data custodians and scientific and technology partners needed to deliver it.

Scaling across populations
03

Scale

Where results justify it, adapt the approach to other populations and territories.

To start a project conversation, it helps to share:

  • The health question or challenge, even if not yet a research question.
  • The population, territory or setting of interest.
  • The decision you need to make and your intended timeframe.

Ready to explore a project?

A short conversation is all it takes to determine whether a challenge is worth exploring further.

Discuss a project question

Taking part in the movement never requires working with Atlas Health, and support for the movement does not include an Atlas Health project unless explicitly agreed. Learn more about Atlas Health →

Support for the movement and funding for a project

Support for the movement contributes to agreed shared activities such as convening, learning and knowledge development. Project funding pays for a defined scope of work, deliverables and responsibilities. These arrangements are documented separately, with a clear contracting organisation and budget.

What happens after you contact us

1

Clarify the purpose

We discuss the challenge or contribution and identify the relevant decision-maker.

2

Agree a focused brief

We define the question, intended outcome, possible partners and next decision.

3

Assess feasibility and resources

For a project, this includes relevant scientific, data, governance and delivery requirements.

4

Agree the next step

This may be a shared learning activity, further exploration or a separately funded project with defined responsibilities.

There is no automatic progression from community participation to a paid project. Each engagement is assessed and agreed on its own scope. Contact us to start a conversation.
