Global healthcare network
The Ecosystem

An ecosystem with clear roles

Responsible implementation needs more than a network of names. It needs people and organisations who can make a defined contribution.

Who plays what role

Health Data Forum

The institutional home and convener of the Real Data, Better AI movement. Its role is to connect stakeholders, host dialogue and support shared learning.

Real Data, Better AI

The shared agenda connecting data quality, readiness, governance, real-world evidence and trustworthy AI. Contributors help identify needs and develop useful knowledge and collaboration opportunities.

Territory and capability partners

Health systems, regions, researchers, patient representatives and specialist organisations contribute context and expertise. Their role in any project is agreed after feasibility and resource assessment.

Funders and project sponsors

Organisations can support shared activities or sponsor a specific project. The purpose, budget and responsibilities of each arrangement are defined explicitly.

Project delivery organisations

Atlas Health is one route for organisations that want to turn a health question into a feasible, well-governed real-world project. Taking part in the movement never requires working with Atlas Health, and support for the movement does not include an Atlas Health project unless explicitly agreed.

Regional collaboration

The WellTech regional network is being developed as a way to connect territorial priorities and complementary capabilities. Potential European cooperation proposals, including COST and Erasmus initiatives, are separate workstreams whose scope, eligibility and resources must be confirmed. They are not presented as secured funding or as a prerequisite for beginning a project conversation.
